Begin With Belief

For my birthday, help a girl trust her voice and use it to lead.

Girls do not need more potential.

They need more places where their potential is seen, supported, and taken seriously.

That is why Mindsy Design Studio is partnering with Milaan Foundation to support the Girl Icon Program.

The program helps adolescent girls in underserved communities across India build confidence, develop leadership skills, receive mentorship, and grow within a strong peer network.

Since 2015, Milaan has reached more than 100,000 girls. In the communities where it works, child marriage has dropped to under 1%.

But the real impact is bigger than a number.

A girl learns that her ideas matter.

She speaks up.
She leads.
She helps another girl do the same.

Why This is Personal

I watched my mother carry our family and a business forward with strength, but without the support she deserved.

Years later, I learned what it meant to establish my own voice and value in a new country and a different culture.

Both experiences taught me the same thing:

The right support does not give a girl her voice. It helps her trust it.

That belief now sits at the heart of Mindsy, where I help women in their second chapter recognize the wisdom they already carry and build meaningful brands from the inside out.

For my birthday, I am not asking for gifts.

I am asking for something that can last far longer:

Help a girl believe in herself before the world teaches her not to.

For just $12, one girl can begin Milaan Foundation's Girl Icon Program - gaining mentorship, leadership skills, community, and the confidence to turn her voice into action.

My goal is to support 500 girls.

Because when one girl finds her voice, she does not change alone. Her family, her community, and what becomes possible for the next generation begin to change with her.
