Sister Asma remains in a care facility, still unable to walk and requiring 24-hour professional care. We're working tirelessly to transition her to Los Angeles to be closer to family, but the process is complex and costly. Her ability to speak is limited due to ongoing pain from her fall.

In a bittersweet turn of events, Sister Asma recently received a lifetime achievement award, recognizing her 50 years of service. The irony is not lost on us - as we celebrate her lifelong dedication, she needs our support more than ever.
