The A Shot For Life Field Hockey All Star Game is a hybrid between an All-Star Game for the best FH players in Connecticut and a fundraiser for cancer research. Players are first scouted from the CIAC and NEPSAC leagues before being moved on to the interview phase. All participating athletes go through an interview and orientation before ultimately being selected.

This will be ASFL Field Hockey's inaugural year in Connecticut. It debuted in Massachusetts in 2025. A Shot For Life has 8 sport departments that are active across four states.
