The AMRS Empowerment Series is hosting a golf classic and the Mecklenburg County Empowerment festival in honor of putting praise in the park for 20 years.

The annual empowerment festival, Mecklenburg County Empowerment Festival, formerly Praise in the Park, QC Gospelfest and Lake Norman Empowerment Festival, brings together local and national talent, food distribution, children's activities, health resources, and community engagement opportunities to Mecklenburg County. The annual FREE outdoor, family festival includes area and national inspirational artists, a medical village, financial village, vendors, children's village and food for the entire family. The festival is branded around the County and thousands have attended the family friendly event that empowers, educates and entertains.
