If everyone that we help could donate the cost of their favorite winter beverage, from hot cocoa to a fancy coffee or boba, we could fund so many projects, and beat our fundraising goal by 5 times.

We work hard to help increase awareness about autoinflammatory diseases, and educate patients and medical professionals so they can better care for these rare diseases. Autoinflammatory diseases are lifelong conditions, that often start in infancy or early childhood.

Our goals for working with patients are to help them to connect with other patients, become informed about their disease and needs, and empower them to be able to advocate for the needs for care, and to their elected officials on issues.

Your support is vital and will help us to increase patient-driven research network and registry to improve care for patients globally.

How we have helped patients, support research and increase awareness recently, thanks to your donations and fundraising:

-Funded research for interferon-mediated diseases to improve methods for diagnosing the effects on various organs from these rare autoinflammatory/immunedysregulatory diseases.

-Funded research for Il-1 mediated diseases, especially for some complications occurring in some CAPS patients.

-Supporting the development of a patient registry, starting with a specific project in collaboration with researchers for HA20 (TNFAIP3).

-Patient support in groups, messages, by phone and by mail with requested education materials.

-Supporting research collaborations and conferences for autoinflammatory and immunedysregulatory diseases in the US and globally.

This fundraiser will support more research, patient programs and research, but also:

-We need to fund the development of a new autoinflammatory network to bring experts and various healthcare professionals together to help with challenging cases, advance best practices for diagnosis care and treatment, and patient resources to improve care for patients.

-Update our websites, materials and develop more programming for patients.

-Outreach and educational programs for patients and medical professionals, and more support for patients, caregivers, siblings and families.

-The more funds we can raise for research, the more we can support for finding better treatments for more patients, and improve unmet needs.

More autoinflammatory diseases are being classified every year, and the need to help and increase awareness for these conditions is important. We are also working hard to help people outside the US, especially in countries with limited access to care and treatment to advocate for them too. There is more work to be done, and we hope that you will help us!
