🍂 WELCOME TO FLOWY FALL

I’m bringing the girlies your dream Gilmore Girls-inspired fall morning ♡

Saturday, September 26th | 8:00 AM

Bess Reed Park • Missoula, MT

Meet me at 8:00 AM at Bess Reed Park, just under the bridge on the other side of Caras Park, for a cozy 50-minute Pilates flow surrounded by falling leaves and the last little bit of morning sunrise.

We’ll move through a slow, intentional, feel-good Pilates flow set to a playlist that feels early-2000s yoga mom coded.

We’ll wrap up class just in time to step over to the Saturday Harvest Market. Treat yourself to a fresh floral bouquet, a hot cozy coffee, or fresh produce for a fall inspired meal🥕

Mat gift: Your mat will be styled with a sweet little mini pumpkin along with a fresh pumpkin smoothie from a local favorite.

Outfit inspo: Help me set the vibe by dressing in cozy browns, creams, and burnt oranges. And since the mornings are getting chilly, feel free to accessorize with cozy slippers, a fun scarf, or an extra layer for before and after class.

Your ticket includes:

✿ Mats provided- just bring yourself!

✿ A fresh pumpkin smoothie on your mat
