FAQs

Bag Check
- We will be checking bags for prohibited items. No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, vapes, or weapons will be allowed at Prom.
Silent Disco
- Throughout the venue, the DJ sets will play at a low volume. We will have headphones transmitting the DJ set available for all attendees who wish to have louder music while dancing.
Bathrooms
- There are indoor, all gender bathrooms available at the venue.
Safety Protocols
- We have hired a Community Security Team with years of experience in de-escalation and street medic care. Security will be wearing bright pink tape.
COVID-19 Harm Reduction
- We encourage all attendees to have open and honest conversations with peers about their COVID-safety practices. Rabbit Rabbit is an outdoor venue with plenty of space to allow social distancing as desired. Masks are not required while outside but we ask attendees to use masks while using indoor bathrooms.
Chaperones & Staff
- You can identify chaperones and staff by looking for adults wearing pride flag bandanas. We are here to support you however we can!
Photos
- We are providing a photographer and photo space. Please do not take photos of any attendees without their explicit consent! Attendees can take individual and group photos in the photo area that will be emailed to attendees following prom. Youth OUTright will not publish or share your photos outside of our attendee list unless you have provided written permission.
Catering
- Bun Intended Food Truck is serving up Thai-inspired street food! Every attendee will receive a food ticket that includes a beverage and a variety of protein, vegan, and gluten-free bites ranging from salty to sweet. You can check out a sample menu on their website.
Weather
- Prom is taking place, rain or shine! At this time, we expect rain in the morning on June 9th with the bright, clear skies throughout the event time. We encourage youth to bring any items they would need in the event of rain. Every attendee is responsible for their own personal property.
