The AYA CARE Network: A safety net for young adults with cancer in Rochester, NY

13thirty Cancer Connect, Rochester’s only nonprofit organization dedicated to adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer (ages 13-39), is launching the AYA CARE Network (Centralized, Accessible, Relevant, Empowering).

This innovative, online directory of multi-sector providers educated on the unique needs of AYAs will change the way care is provided to this age group - and we’d like you to be part of it!

The need for specialized “wrap-around support” for AYAs is growing and it’s a struggle to find providers who can provide it. For 25 years, 13thirty Cancer Connect has been bridging the gap in AYA support and we’re excited to bring this new tool to the Rochester community.

Even if you do not currently support AYAs with cancer, you may in the future. In just two hours, you will gain new insights, be an AYA leader, and most importantly, help AYAs thrive.
