I’m a BOSS Youth Business Camp is a hands-on experience that introduces youth ages 12 to 18 to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership development. We help young people turn ideas into real concepts, practice communication and teamwork, and build confidence through guided activities, mentorship, and practical learning.

The camp creates a space where youth can explore what is possible for their future, whether that means starting a business one day or simply learning how to manage money, solve problems, and lead with purpose. Camp participants gain exposure to:
