The Keystone State Ride (KSR) supports our riders as they cycle every September from Pittsburgh to Philly. Our riders have raised over $162K for cancer research in our first three years. The KSR provides hotels (6), luggage transfers each morning, fully stocked rest stops, SAG support, and transportation to Pittsburgh. Learn more at KeystoneStateRide.com or on FaceBook.

We had 12 riders in 2026, and hope to have 24 riders in 2027 which will require a substantial increase in our operating budget This campaign funds 2026, and helps us get a head-start on 2027.
