Great Oaks Legacy Charter School is excited to host our Back to School Bash: Fairmount Heights Community Carnival on Friday, July 31, from 3:00–6:00 PM at Fairmount Heights Elementary School, 308 S 9th St, Newark, NJ 07103.

This free community event is open to the entire community and designed to help families start the school year feeling supported, connected, and ready.

Families can join us for a fun afternoon featuring free backpacks and school supplies, food for the community, raffles and prizes, family resources, health resources, and on-site enrollment support for families interested in learning more about Fairmount Heights Elementary School.

This event is about more than getting ready for school. It is about bringing families together, connecting neighbors to helpful resources, and making sure scholars have what they need to begin the year with confidence.

Health resources will be available courtesy of the Newark Department of Health & Community Wellness – Mary Eliza Mahoney Health Center.

Whether you are a current Great Oaks Legacy family, a new family, or a neighbor in the Fairmount Heights community, we would love to see you there.
