At Leaders in Training (LIT), we believe every young person has the potential to lead—regardless of GPA or income.

Throughout the 2026–2027 school year, LIT students will receive leadership development, college and career advising, ACT preparation, mentorship, college exposure, community service opportunities, and support for their families.

And our model works: LIT has maintained a 100% four-year college acceptance rate for students completing our high school program since 2016.
