A Personalized Wellness Request

Start by completing a request through the BASH Academy. You will be able to review your request, select the services you are interested in, provide your preferred dates, and follow your status from one dashboard.

How It Works

Submit your wellness-service request through the BASH Academy.
Select the services that meet your needs.
Choose your preferred date and time.
Complete payment after receiving payment instructions.
BASH reviews your request and sends a separate scheduling confirmation.

Scheduling notice: Payment confirms that BASH received your payment, but it does not confirm an appointment. If your requested time is no longer available, BASH will contact you to select another available time.
