The BCG PTO Student Directory connects families across Ball, Chatham and Glenwood Elementary.

Digital directory, $9. You get it the day you buy it, not in late October. A personal link arrives by email within about 15 minutes. It is searchable, phone numbers and emails are tap to call and tap to send, and it stays current all year as new families join.

Digital plus a printed book, $15. The same digital link arrives right away, and a printed copy goes home with your student after print orders close on Sunday, October 11.

Being listed in the directory is free and always has been. Buying a copy is separate, and any family can still be added at bcgpto.org/getlisted

Your link is personal to your family. It opens the directory with your name on every page, so please keep it to yourself rather than sharing or posting it.

Classroom grouping is being added to the online directory as families tell us their teachers. Tell us yours at bcgpto.org/myteacher. It is free and open to every family, whether or not you buy a directory. The printed book is organized by school and grade.

The Ball-Chatham-Glenwood Parent Teacher Organization (BCG PTO) is a group of volunteers dedicated to bolstering the educational experience at Chatham’s three elementary schools. The BCG PTO organizes educational projects, acts as the liaison between parents and teachers, and raises funds to support the three schools.
