About the Be a Spotter Program

In the gym, a spotter helps carry the weight when someone needs support. They don't do the work for you, but they make sure you're not carrying it alone.

The Be a Spotter Program brings that same philosophy to mental resilience and community wellness.

By becoming a Spotter, supporters help provide access to Mentally Shredded Foundation programs for individuals who may be experiencing financial barriers. Contributions help support scholarships, reduced-cost participation opportunities, community wellness experiences, and future multi-day resilience programs designed to strengthen mental well-being and human connection.

Every Spotter helps ensure that cost is not the reason someone misses an opportunity to grow, heal, connect, or receive support. Whether it is a one time donation or recurring you are helping carry the mental weight WITH someone else!
