Established in 2022, C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S., a 501(c)(3) organization, aims to "Help individuals recognize and expand their potential for success by leveraging relationships with local, state, and global organizations, ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME." Dexter Davis, retired from the National Football League (NFL) in 1997 after a career ending injury. He has dedicated his life to sharing his journey from a member of the high school marching band to an NFL football player. He now challenges people all over the world to be true C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. He and his wife, LaShea, founded this organization with a shared vision of using the influence of professional sports to serve the community. LaShea leads as CEO, committed to the mission of "Maximizing potential in the community through local, state, and global partnerships."
