Hope For The Day (H.F.T.D.) was created to honor all friends and family members who have died by suicide. Founded in 2011, H.F.T.D. started in the Chicago music scene, doing outreach, and has evolved to pioneer programming that we call The Things We Don't Say. Through our work, we strive to empower early intervention on mental health challenges and disrupt the highest risk factors for suicide.

Suicide arises when someone believes there are no resources available to end their suffering. Arriving at the point of suicidal crisis can stem from many different paths, all of which share difficulty communicating and addressing the psychological impact an experience is causing in someone's daily life.

H.F.T.D. helps shed light on resources, provides mental health education, and ways for folks to take action to remind everyone...

Every donation fuels our mission to reach people earlier. Here is how your contribution makes an impact:

$250 | Empower a School: Provide a comprehensive resource kit to equip an entire school with mental health tools.
$130 | Educate a Community: Cover the cost of a free community workshop, teaching life-saving skills to a local neighborhood.
$50 | Support a Classroom: Fund the distribution of proactive prevention resources for an entire classroom of students.
$10 | Equip an Individual: Provide one person with full access to our E-learning Workshop to help them support themselves and those around them.
