Cisco College Belles and Cheer have been part of the Wrangler tradition for many years. They are present at community and college events throughout the year. They have performed in Branson, Missouri and New York City. The history of the Belles and Cheer remains strong today.

Each year, the Belles and Cheerleaders raise fund to cover additional supplies and uniforms. Cisco College provides most of the funding; this fundraiser fills the gap. Cisco College Foundation was incorporated in 2025 by the Texas Secretary of State. Cisco College was started in 1939, and the first students arrived in the spring of 1940. Since forming, Cisco College has changed names one time. In 2009, Cisco Junior College became Cisco College. Today there are two campus. The main campus is located in Cisco, Texas. The other campus is located in Abilene, Texas.
