Story
The Surge Project, Incorporated, founded in June 2016, is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to transform the lives of justice system impacted youth and young adults through holistic support including mentorship, violence prevention, workforce development, and access to mental healthcare. Our vision is to create communities where families can thrive.
Our staff, volunteers, and board of directors are comprised of licensed professionals and local community organizers who demonstrate integrity, dedication, and patience in our philanthropic efforts. We have intentionally serve in concentrated crime areas particularly historically disadvantaged communties. Our vision is to transform communities so families can thrive by connecting them to light, life, and hope.
