Beyond The Borough

Join us at The East Wing in Manhattan for an evening to enrich the lives of LION students on Thursday, October 15th, from 5-8 PM. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to support experiences that supplement the day-to-day classroom learning of our elementary and middle school students. We recognize the power of providing students with outlets outside their regular school day to expand their minds and world.

This year's fall social focuses on experiences that take students outside our school and borough, including:

a visit to Von Thun Farms in Washington, NJ
exploring Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut
experiencing a Broadway production of "The Outsiders"
a day in Philadelphia's historic Center City
an overnight trip to Boston, MA
an overnight trip to the Catskills

Together, let's support all K-8 students to explore the world beyond their neighborhood.
