With so many causes and struggling businesses worthy of support vying for your attention this year, you’ve probably felt a bit of fundraising fatigue. We’ve felt it, too! So, the last thing we want to do is bombard you with messages while you’re listening to BFF.fm...that's why this year we’re taking our end of year fundraiser off the air.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to fund our programming by December 1…and if we’re successful, you won’t hear a peep from us on the air soliciting donations. Our DJs will roll right through to 2022 without fundraising breaks, bringing you all the music, community, and fun you’ve come to expect from BFF.fm.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, every penny donated to the station goes directly to supporting our mission of building powerful community radio for San Francisco.

Most people who listen to BFF.fm don’t donate- that’s a fact! Only 1% of our listeners do. And especially amidst the pandemic, many who listen simply can’t afford to. Which makes it all the more vital that you give if you can this year.

And, if you can, please consider making a larger donation of $100, $250, or $500. Many of our supporters are unable to give at their usual level during the pandemic. So, if you have the means to increase your support and share our fundraiser with a neighbor who also listens, it would mean so much to us.

Finally, remember: you’re not just one person making a donation, you’re joining BFF.fm’s vibrant community of more than 1100 supporters who believe in the power of community radio to bring people together.
