What is Grad Night Out?

Grad Night Out (GNO) is a time-honored Bainbridge tradition and the ultimate celebration for graduating seniors! This substance-free, chaperoned, all-night event brings together the Class of 2025 for a night of fun, surprises, and memories that will last a lifetime. With over 90% participation from past classes, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate with friends before embarking on the next chapter of life.

Activities Include:

Live DJs
Dancing
Games and Entertainment
Delicious Food and Snacks
Fun Surprises throughout the night

The event venues are secret, but we can promise you it’s going to be an unforgettable experience! All students from Bainbridge High School, Eagle Harbor High School, and Running Start are welcome to join in the fun!

Cost and Registration

Ticket Price: $290

How to Register:
Click the “REGISTER” button to pay online via Givebutter. Alternatively, you can pay by check made payable to "BHS PTSO" with "GNO - [Student's Name]" in the memo line, and turn into the PTSO mailbox in the BHS Main Office.

(NOTE: Givebutter asks for a suggested "tip" on the last payment page. You can choose to add a tip, or use the dropdown to choose "Other" and make sure amount is set to "0" if you don't wish to tip.)

No refunds will be issued.
Scholarship Requests are due by May 15, 2025. Email requests to bhs.gno@gmail.com.

Required Forms for Registration

To complete your registration, every participating student must submit the following:

Student Release Form
(BHS or EHHS version depending on the student’s school)
Emergency Care Plan
(Only required if the student is bringing medication or has allergies or a medical condition that may require attention from our nurse during the event)

Note: Digital/typed signatures are fine. After completing the forms, email them to bhs.gno@gmail.com.

If you prefer to pay by check, download and complete the Student Reservation Form plus the Student Release Form & Emergency Care Plan (if applicable) and turn hard copies with a check payment into the PTSO mailbox in the BHS Main Office.

Volunteer Opportunities

We need volunteers to help make Grad Night Out a success! Without the support of our amazing volunteers, this event wouldn’t be possible. To sign up, email bhs.gno@gmail.com.

Community Support: Donate to the GNO Scholarship Fund

Would you like to support students who may need financial assistance to attend Grad Night Out? You can make a donation to the GNO Scholarship Fund through the PTSO.

To donate, visit the Bainbridge High School PTSO payment page and be sure to include “(GNO)” next to your name when submitting your donation.

We are grateful for your generosity in helping make this event accessible to all graduates!

Important Reminders

Scholarship Requests: Due by May 15, 2025.
Ticket Price Increases: After April 18, the ticket price will increase to $290.
No Refunds: Once paid, tickets are non-refundable.
