Once you're in your account – navigate to your personal fundraising page. You can do this by clicking on the Bicycle Day campaign from your dashboard and find and choose yourself as a team member. Then click “Share and Manage” from your fundraising page.

From here you can hit “Edit Page” to edit your story, as well as add pictures and links. You can “Share” your page via various platforms with one click! And you can personally “Invite Donors” to support by sending them a pre-drafted text or email that links directly to your campaign.

What is peer-to-peer fundraising?

It’s a way for YOU to make an impact by raising funds within your network. Create a fundraising page, share it with friends & family, and encourage donations. Every dollar raised supports psychedelic advocacy, research, and policy change.

Do I have to fundraise to ride?

No, we hope you will want to join the global giving campaign, but you can participate in a ride without fundraising.

Do I have to ride to fundraise?

No! You can fundraise even if you’re not participating in a ride. You do not have to register for a ride to join a team as a fundraiser.

How do I support a partner nonprofit?

When donating through Givebutter, select the appropriate fund to be sure your contribution supports the nonprofit partner of your choice! Join your nonprofit partner’s team to start fundraising on their behalf!

How do I become a Partner?

Are you a registered nonprofit working in psychedelic education, advocacy, or harm reduction? You can apply to be a registered PORTAL partner and use the ride to fundraise for your mission. Apply to be a nonprofit partner here!

How can I start my own ride?

Check out our Start a Ride page to learn more about hosting a ride in your community. Create a team and rally your network! Your donors can choose which psychedelic nonprofit they want to support, spreading awareness and funds across the movement.

Are my donations tax-deductible?

No. Due to the way funds are dispersed, please note that your donations are not tax deductible. If you’re interested in making a (size-able) tax-deductible contribution contact us at hello@youaretheportal.com.
Your donation is being processed by Propeller Impact LLC (Impact), a registered professional fundraiser, on behalf of Propeller Action Fund (PAF)—a 501(c)(4) nonprofit dedicated to using culture to drive activism and create lasting change. While PAF intends to grant the net proceeds of your donation (after expenses and fees, including those of Impact and Propeller Enterprises) to the intended nonprofit, PAF retains full discretion over the final allocation of funds. If, for any reason, a grant to the designated nonprofit is not possible, PAF will redirect donations to similar social welfare initiatives that align with its mission, in PAF's sole discretion.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Fundraising continues through April 19, with points dispersed after the campaign closes on April 28.

What should I wear/bring?

Psychedelic-themed attire – tie-dye, mushroom hats, onesies—go all out!
A Bike (or anything with wheels you can ride in the street!)
A helmet, water, snacks, sunscreen & anything else you need to ride safely

What are the ride rules?

Must be 18+ to register (under 18 allowed with a waiver & adult supervision)
Follow all traffic laws – practice safe biking, make sure you and your bike are prepared for the ride.
No drugs, psychedelics, or alcohol during the ride.

Are psychedelics allowed?

No. PORTAL advocates for responsible psychedelic use and asks all riders to practice harm reduction by not engaging with any substances as we ride through the busy streets of our community! Let’s raise awareness of the benefits of psychedelics by keeping everyone safe throughout the ride.
