Bison Impact Group's Legacy Economic Advancement Program (BIG LEAP) is a pilot youth development program powered by a grant from the PGA TOUR's Make Golf Your Thing Foundation. BIG LEAP is designed to help middle school students grow into confident, capable, and connected young people. Through an engaging 8-week experience, participants build skills that support success in education, health, and personal development.

BIG LEAP is grounded in three core areas of impact:

Education: Youth strengthen communication, financial literacy, time management, interview skills, and early workforce readiness.
Health: Participants develop emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress management, and healthy self-regulation habits.
Youth Development: Students gain confidence, positive adult connections, leadership exposure, and a sense of belonging.

The program combines performance coaching, wellness support, structured enrichment, and golf-based learning in a small-group setting that is both supportive and inspiring. By creating a free, high-quality experience for youth, BIG LEAP helps remove barriers to opportunity and opens doors to future growth.

BIG LEAP is more than an enrichment program. It is an investment in young people’s long-term success, helping them build the skills, habits, and relationships that support stronger futures.
