BINDI’S NEXT CHAPTER — ENCLOSURE & CAMERA FUNDRAISER 🦦

This is LONG and we apologize but please read / share.

When Bindi came to us as a tiny river otter, our goal was the same as it is for every wild animal that comes through our doors: rehabilitate and release.

But Bindi’s journey hasn’t been a simple one.

Because of her history of seizures and neurological concerns, there is a possibility that Bindi may ultimately be determined non-releasable. We are not making that call yet but we need to be prepared for whatever her future holds.

Right now, we want to make some major upgrades to her enclosure with better enrichment, and an environment that can continue growing with her.

We also desperately need cameras for her enclosure. These aren’t just for cute Bindi videos. ❤️ They will allow us to monitor her when no one is physically standing nearby and hopefully determine whether she is still experiencing seizure activity that we aren’t seeing.

Our goal is to raise enough to cover:

🦦 Enclosure upgrades

🌊 Improvements to her water and activity areas

🪵 Enrichment and habitat furnishings

📹 Multiple cameras to monitor her day and night

🔧 Materials needed to make the enclosure safer and more functional

Whether Bindi eventually gets the green light for release or her story takes a different path, we want to give her the absolute best setup we can while we figure out what comes next.

She has already overcome so much.

Now we need our village to help us build Bindi’s Next Chapter. 🦦❤️

Every $5, $10, share, and wishlist purchase adds up.
