For 40 years, Blacktail Health has been committed to ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone in Southwest Montana. Founded in 1986 as Butte Silver Bow Primary Health Care Clinic Inc, we have grown alongside the communities we serve, expanding services, locations, and programs to meet the changing needs of our region. Today, Blacktail Health provides care in Butte, Dillon, and Anaconda, serving nearly 13,000 patients each year.

As a mission-driven nonprofit organization, we believe healthcare is a basic human right. Our mission is to inspire hope and empower wellness by providing access to comprehensive healthcare, regardless of a person's insurance status, income, or circumstances. Through integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, care management, school-based, and mobile health services, we help individuals and families access the care they need close to home.

What makes Blacktail Health unique is our commitment to caring for the whole person. Beyond traditional healthcare services, we work to reduce barriers that impact health and well-being by connecting patients with resources such as care management, food support, insurance enrollment assistance, and community-based programs. Our vision is simple but powerful: a stronger Montana through community and wellness.

Your support helps make this work possible. Donations directly strengthen services that improve lives, expand access to care, and address the health needs of our rural communities. Every gift helps us continue building healthier families, stronger communities, and brighter futures across Southwest Montana.

Together, we are creating a healthier Montana, one patient, one family, and one community at a time.
