CONTEMPORARY THEATER IN SPANISH. ONE NIGHT ONLY IN FLORIDA

Marina del Mar is an astrophysicist born with an unusual condition: she cannot tremble. Not from cold, not from fear, not from love.

Around her, the living and the dead begin to appear: her grandmother Alicia, a Beautiful Man, Dr. Joe Capital, Dr. Eva Riefhold. Together, they turn BLANCO TEMBLOR into a night of humor, music, movement, and images unlike anything else: eyes, mouths, and faces suspended above the stage.

Behind the laughter is a true story. Carola García López, who wrote, directs, and performs in the play, transformed her own struggles into a luminous work about falling down and finding a way back up.

“Absolutely haunting.” — LA Art Spot
