Every woman deserves a safe place to call home. Every child deserves to feel secure. And every family deserves the opportunity to begin again.

At Yesterday’s Gone, we believe that the trauma someone has experienced should never define the future they can build.

Located in Williamson County, Texas, Yesterday’s Gone is a transitional housing and resource center serving women, children, and their pets who have experienced abuse and trauma. On our seven-acre property, nine tiny homes provide more than just shelter. They offer a place where women and their children can finally feel safe, find stability, and begin their journey toward healing.

But our mission goes far beyond providing a roof overhead.

For up to one year, the women and children living on our property receive housing and comprehensive services completely free of charge. Through weekly counseling, daily life coaching, financial and career guidance, educational opportunities, and other essential resources, we help women rebuild their confidence, rediscover their independence, and prepare for a future filled with possibility.

And our impact doesn't stop at our property line.

Every woman who reaches out to Yesterday’s Gone deserves to be heard. Even when we cannot offer housing, our team works to connect her with resources, guidance, and next steps. Through our free virtual support groups, we also provide opportunities for women across the country to find community, encouragement, and healing.

In 2025 alone, Yesterday’s Gone provided 4,317 safe nights for women and children and more than 1,400 safe nights for their beloved pets.

These numbers represent so much more than nights of shelter. They represent children sleeping peacefully, women discovering their strength, and families taking steps toward a new beginning.

But the need continues to grow.

Every day, more women are searching for safety, support, and a way forward. And while we are incredibly grateful for the lives we've already touched, we know there are so many more waiting for the same opportunity.

That's why Blessed to Be a Blessing 2026 matters.

This campaign is an invitation to turn the blessings we've received into opportunities for someone else. Your generosity helps us continue providing safe housing, professional counseling, life coaching, essential resources, and the individualized care that makes lasting healing possible.

Whether you give $25, $100, or become a monthly supporter, your gift becomes part of something bigger. It becomes part of a woman's journey toward independence, a child's opportunity to experience stability, and a family's chance to build a different future.

We cannot do this work alone, but together, we can continue changing lives.

This year, we invite you to be a blessing to someone who needs it most.

Because at Yesterday’s Gone, we're not just providing a place to live.

We're providing a place to heal. 💜
