Paths to Stability© is a community-driven nonprofit organization working to establish Loveland's first comprehensive emergency housing and stabilization facility for individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Our mission is to provide a safe place for people to stabilize during times of crisis while connecting them with the services, resources, and support needed to achieve long-term housing and self-sufficiency. We believe that emergency housing is more than a bed for the night, it is the critical first step toward restoring dignity, rebuilding lives, and creating lasting change.

To make this vision a reality, we are bringing together local governments, nonprofits, behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, businesses, faith communities, and residents to create a coordinated response to homelessness. Our planned facility will serve as a central hub where individuals can access emergency short-term housing, transitional housing, case management, behavioral health services, employment assistance, life skills training, and connections to permanent housing—all under one coordinated system of care.

A dedicated emergency housing facility will not only provide immediate safety and stability for individuals in crisis, but will also strengthen the entire community by reducing pressure on emergency services, improving public safety, supporting workforce participation, and creating healthier public spaces. By investing in a centralized, collaborative approach, we can provide more effective, measurable, and sustainable outcomes for both those experiencing homelessness and the community as a whole.

Paths to Stability© is currently in the foundational phase of launching operations in Loveland. We have established a governing board, registered with the State of Colorado, have applied for 501(c)(3) designation, and are actively seeking community partners, donors, and supporters to help secure the facility that will make this vision possible.

Together, we can create a place where hope begins, stability is restored, and every person has the opportunity to build a brighter future—one step at a time.
