BMATX Doula and Community Champion Awardee, Ebony Williams will be hosting a 3-hour intensive Childbirth Education Workshop. They will be covering crucial topics such as signs of labor, know your rights, postpartum care and more! This workshop is for both the birthing person and their support person in preparation for childbirth.

Our BMATX workshops are free and open to Black Mamas and birthing folx who are pregnant or up to 18 months postpartum, their partners and support people. You do not have to be a Black Mamas ATX doula client to attend; you can be a member of our wider Sister Circle Community even if you don't have a doula or work with a doula that's not from Black Mamas ATX. While we center the Black-community, our workshops are also open to participants in any other Maternal Health Equity Collaborative (MHEC) Organization (Mama Sana Vibrant Woman, Healing Hands, GALS, PIP), or Black Mamas Village, Delivering Unto You and LAMP who is pregnant or up to 18 months postpartum and their partners/support people.
