Third Sunday Sound Bath Series | From 5:30pm - 7:00pm | September 2023 through June 2024:

Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge cleansed and renewed! BMS hosts a series of monthly evening sound baths. Participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments and meditation to align your body and mind. These offerings bring a calming and mindful transition and are ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.

About: Lucia is a first-generation, Mexican American Brooklynite, who serves leaders and change-makers by harnessing the scientific and spiritual properties of sound, facilitating adaptive leadership practices, and human-centered design to help them heal through trauma, transform limiting beliefs, and receive mental clarity.
