Third Sunday Sound Bath Series September 2023 through June 2024 Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge cleansed and renewed! BMS hosts a series of monthly evening sound baths. Participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments and meditation to align your body and mind. These offerings bring a calming and mindful transition and are ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.
