Breath of Life International’s veterinary outreach uses animal health as a practical expression of Christ’s love to combat poverty and open doors for the gospel. In many of the world’s poorest communities, livestock are a family’s primary source of food, income, and security. By providing veterinary care, training in animal husbandry, and agricultural development, BOLI helps families protect and improve these vital resources while equipping local believers to serve their own communities.

As part of BOLI’s holistic community development strategy, veterinary outreach addresses economic, health, and food security challenges while creating opportunities to share the hope of Jesus Christ. Our goal is not to create dependency, but to empower the indigenous church through training and discipleship so that communities can experience dignity, justice, peace, love, faith, and hope. Through both demonstration and proclamation of the gospel, veterinary ministry becomes a powerful tool for making disciples, planting simple churches, and transforming entire communities for the glory of God.
