For years, I've been chasing this story—from notebooks to songs, from The Blues Opera to the pages of Uncle Scotchy & The Time Thief. Now, with the manuscript complete and my publisher preparing it for release, the work shifts from writing the story to getting it into the hands of the people I hope will see a piece of themselves in its pages.

Uncle Scotchy & The Time Thief is a memoir rooted in my family's experience with Alzheimer's, but it's ultimately about much more than that. It's a story about family, love, loss, humor, music, and the fight against the one thing none of us can outrun: time.
