Boston Butt Sale

Good barbecue is part of our history. In the early days of the school, our founding headmaster's father, Grandpa Trotter, used his meat-smoking skill to bring school families together for picnics and community-building events. Though the Trotter family has passed on, the tradition of sharing good barbecue with friends and family remains strong.

Your purchase helps our juniors and seniors continue their annual travel studies and carries on this legacy. The sale is a simple way for neighbors and friends to support students while enjoying food that has long been part of life at Trinitas.

What you get: 8-10 pounds of pre-seasoned, freshly smoked Boston butt — ready to eat right away or pop in the freezer for later. Great for gifts and gatherings.

When you'll get it: November 18-20th, 2026

Where the proceeds go: Every sale benefits the Trinitas Junior/Senior Aesthetics Travel Fund and the specific student(s) you would like to support. The annual aesthetics trip is an essential part of a Trinitas education, giving students the chance to experience the true, good, and beautiful through art, music, architecture, and history beyond the classroom. In 2027, students travel to our nation's capital, Washington, D.C. In 2028 — and on alternating years — students travel to Italy and Greece for the Classical Heritage Tour.

Pickup: Trinitas Christian School, 3301 E Johnson Ave, Pensacola, FL 32514. Choose your pickup window when you order. Either you or the student can pick up the order. All butts will be fresh off the smoker and ready to serve. Gift boxes will be available.

Pickup times are: Nov 18th 6:30-8:30 AM and 6:30-8:30 PM | Nov 19th 6:30-8:30 AM and 6:30-8:30 PM | Nov 20th 6:30-8:30 AM

Order deadline: Monday, November 9, or while supplies last.

Donation Only: Making a donation instead of purchasing a Boston Butt? Still select "click here to order" and you will have the option to click "I'd just like to donate". Once you do that you can select the amount. Then please check “Add note/comment” and enter the student’s name you’d like your donation credited to.
