Boulder County Women’s Skills Days 2027

Join us in supporting Boulder County Women’s Skills Days, a two-day event presented by Boulder Rural Fire Rescue in partnership with Revital Colorado, dedicated to empowering women in the fire service through hands-on learning, practical skills training, networking, confidence-building, and community connection.

Hosted in Boulder County, this event brings women together from across Colorado and beyond to learn new skills, challenge themselves, build confidence, and connect with instructors, departments, businesses, organizations, and one another in a supportive environment.

The 2027 event is expanding to TWO FULL DAYS of Women’s Skills Days, creating even more opportunities for women from different departments and communities to learn, connect, and grow. Following a full day of hands-on training on Saturday, May 1, attendees, instructors, sponsors, and community members are invited to come together for a Saturday evening social at a local venue. This gathering will be an opportunity to celebrate the day’s accomplishments, strengthen connections, and build relationships that extend beyond the weekend.

Sponsorships help make this experience possible by supporting training materials, event supplies, meals and refreshments, event T-shirts, community outreach, and the educational experiences that make Women’s Skills Days such a meaningful event.

Together, we’re investing in women, practical skills, confidence, and stronger connections throughout the fire service community, beginning in Boulder County and reaching beyond our local area.
