Big Ideas Start Somewhere. Help Us Build What's Next.

Help Bounce Innovation Hub raise $18,000 by December 31 to support entrepreneurs, empower innovators, and strengthen the future of Northeast Ohio.

Every successful business starts somewhere. Sometimes it begins with an idea scribbled on a napkin, a problem someone is determined to solve, or an entrepreneur who sees an opportunity where others see a challenge.

But having a great idea is only the beginning.

Building a business takes more than ambition. It takes access to knowledge, experienced mentors, valuable connections, resources, encouragement, and a community willing to invest in someone's potential.

That's where Bounce Innovation Hub comes in.

Located in the heart of downtown Akron, Bounce is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit business incubator dedicated to catalyzing entrepreneurship and innovation. We bring people, ideas, and resources together to help businesses start, grow, and succeed.

Through business advising, mentoring, educational programming, networking opportunities, industry connections, and access to collaborative spaces, we help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of building a business. From first-time founders developing an idea to established companies preparing for their next stage of growth, Bounce helps turn possibilities into progress.

And the impact reaches far beyond the walls of our building.

Since opening in 2018, Bounce and the businesses it supports have contributed to measurable economic growth throughout our region:

$362 million in client company revenue generated.
$172 million in payroll supporting individuals and families.
$135 million in investment secured by client companies.
More than 1,000 jobs created or supported.
14,971 hours of client engagement in 2025, connecting entrepreneurs with the guidance and resources they need.
74 core client companies supported across software, healthcare, and polymers.
70% of our clients are women- or minority-owned businesses, reflecting our commitment to creating opportunities for entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.

These numbers represent more than business growth. They represent people taking risks, families building financial security, new solutions entering the marketplace, and businesses choosing to grow right here in Northeast Ohio.

Why Your Support Matters

As a nonprofit organization, Bounce relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses, foundations, and community partners who believe entrepreneurship is essential to a thriving economy.

Your charitable support helps sustain the programs, resources, connections, and expertise that entrepreneurs depend on throughout their business journeys.

A contribution to Bounce is an investment in someone's idea, someone's livelihood, someone's dream, and the future of our community.

Help Us Raise $18,000 by December 31

Our goal is to raise $18,000 through our 2026 Year-End Giving Campaign to support our mission and continue making entrepreneurship more accessible throughout Northeast Ohio.

Whether you give $10, $25, $100, $500, or $1,000, every contribution brings us closer to our goal and helps ensure that entrepreneurs have somewhere to turn when they need guidance, encouragement, or the connections to take their next step.

You may never know the name of the entrepreneur whose journey your gift helps advance. But you can be part of the reason their business succeeds.

This year, we invite you to believe in big ideas, invest in local entrepreneurs, and help build what's next.

Give today. Invest in possibility. Support the next generation of Northeast Ohio businesses. Together, we can make sure great ideas don't stop at the idea stage.
