On Sunday, October 11, we’re filling Imperial Lanes with people who believe our neighbors experiencing homelessness deserve warmth, safety, dignity, and respect.

Your $40 bowler registration includes two hours of unlimited bowling, shoe rental, pizza and beverages, plus contests and prizes. More importantly, your participation helps support Macomb County Winter Shelter, a program of WAVE Project.

A Michigan winter is hard enough. Facing it without a safe place to sleep can turn one cold night into a crisis.

Macomb County Winter Shelter exists so our neighbors experiencing homelessness have a safe, warm place to rest, regroup, and be treated with dignity. That only happens when people in our community decide to show up.

Founded in 2018, WAVE Project, Welcoming All Valuing Everyone, is a grassroots nonprofit based in Macomb County. WAVE began by listening to neighbors, learning the barriers people were facing, and building practical services around those needs.
