We teach kids how to RESeT before the world teaches them to break. Because by the time we’re adults, crisis often leaves little room to learn new tools. RESeT makes mindfulness and reflection part of daily life for youth — building the foundation for emotional resilience long before life demands it. RESeT (The RESeT Group) equips youth—especially young Black boys—with practical breathwork and reflection tools they can use in real time to regulate emotions, handle pressure, and make life-giving decisions at school, in sports, and in everyday life. We deliver school workshops, youth conference experiences, and coach/mentor reinforcement that helps students practice these tools consistently—so they’re available when emotions spike.
