RESeT Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting youth mental wellness and emotional resilience. Founded in honor of community, family, and the urgent need for mental health support among young people, RESeT equips youth with the tools to breathe, heal, and reset when facing life’s challenges.
We partner with schools, community programs, and families to provide interactive workshops, mindfulness practices, and mentoring that empower students to:

Develop resilience and leadership skills to thrive in and out of the classroom

Grow with the guidance of caring mentors, therapists, and community leaders
Our flagship programs, including Locked In: Reset to Release the Warrior Within, Homeroom RESeT Moments and No Flex Zone: Quiet Confidence, bring mental wellness directly into schools in ways that are youthful, culturally relevant, and action-oriented.
Through partnerships, fundraising, and community support, RESeT is building a movement where young people — especially young Black boys and underserved youth — know that “You Have the POWER to RESeT.”
