RAFFLE TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing this raffle ticket, the purchaser (“Participant”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
This raffle is conducted for the benefit of Love Life Animal Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Beneficiary”). All proceeds, less expenses, support the charitable mission of the Beneficiary. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and constitute a donation to the Beneficiary.
Eligibility: Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
Requirement to Be Present: Raffle tickets will be physically given out at the event at time of purchase. Winners will be drawn and notified in person at the event. Winners mustne present at the event in order to win and take their items home same day.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: By participating in the raffle, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to the prizes and related activities and hereby releases and discharges the Beneficiary and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, or damages, including without limitation those arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in connection with the raffle or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
No Warranty: The Beneficiary makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any prize awarded, including but not limited to its safety, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or condition. All prizes are awarded “as is.”
Compliance with Law: The raffle is conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Participation in the raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
