We are all familiar with Aly's Monkey Movement and if you're not it was a family that made it their mission to gift monkeys to children that may have been experiencing difficult times, including loss of a loved one, hospitalization, etc.

The end of the year is approaching, and changes are being implemented. One being that the founders of Aly's Monkey Movement can no longer provide the attention that they believe their mission deserves. With their blessing The Brookie Foundation would like to start providing Bear Stuffies to children in need called, "Brookie's Bears". These bears will be delivered to hospitals, local ambulances, doctors' offices, etc. We will also have a bear referral page where you can request a child get one. These bears will also have accessories and such available on our shop tab (est.2026).

The Story of Brookie Bear

There once was a very special bear named Brookie Bear.

Brookie wasn’t an ordinary stuffed bear—Brookie was created to help children through the hardest moments of their lives. Whenever a child felt scared, confused, or hurt, Brookie Bear’s soft fur and warm hugs carried a simple message:
