The Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is a multi-state nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders through mentorship, career readiness, leadership development, and community service.

Since its founding, BSLS has built a growing network of chapters across universities, schools, and communities, serving thousands of members through structured programs that support academic success, professional growth, and community engagement.

As our impact continues to expand, BSLS is launching the National Expansion Fund, a multi-year initiative to strengthen our infrastructure, increase the number of chapters, expand workforce readiness programs, and create new opportunities for students and young adults across the states where we operate.
