Support Border Star PTA's campaign to raise $20,000 to fund a mini-pitch for our kids and community!

We're eager to add this amenity to the Border Star campus and the south KC community! But we need your help to do it.

Border Star is raising $20,000 as part of the full cost of the mini-pitch. We're asking those who can to donate big! There are several ways to support our students this year:

Nov. 14:
Kick for a cause on Nov 14! This friendly adults-only kickball game will kick-off our full fundraising efforts.
Nov. 19:
Treat Yo'Self day: Shop at Brookside Toy & Science (all day) or Betty Rae's Waldo (4-8pm) and mention Border Star
Nov. 14-Dec. 7:
Buy "bags for bucks" trash bag rolls from your favorite Border Star student at $15/roll
Nov. 14-Dec. 14:
Donate (digital) cash to help your student reach their goal 🥅 and their classroom to win the top prize!

How to donate:

Before Nov. 13: Buy a kickball ticket or a t-shirt. These purchases do not count toward your kid's total. (But we think you're neat.)
On/after Nov 14: Your kid's account will be live with a shareable link. This one link will work for Bags for Bucks & straight-up donations. It will automatically tally to your kid's class, too.
