We are pleased to offer an online monthly teaching program dedicated to Chapter Nine of Shantideva’s The Way of the Bodhisattva.

These teachings are offered as an essential companion to the Yeshe Lama training, helping students establish the correct view and develop the wisdom necessary to understand and practice the profound instructions of Dzogchen.

Chapter Nine, the chapter on Wisdom (Prajñā), is one of the most profound presentations of the Buddhist view of emptiness and the nature of reality. A clear and authentic understanding of this view is essential for practitioners who wish to enter deeply into the Dzogchen teachings.

Through careful study, explanation and discussions, we will explore the reasoning of Chapter Nine and its implications for meditation and practice—moving from intellectual understanding toward a deeper recognition of how phenomena and mind actually arise and exist.

This course is available to anyone, whether or not you are participating in the 5 year Yeshe Lama program you are welcome to join us in exploring this profound chapter of this essential text.

Duration: 1.5 hours

First class is 10/17/26 - time will be announced in a follow up email to participants.

These classes will be available as recordings for anyone who misses a class or wants to listen in again.

Zoom links and recommended materials will be sent out to everyone registered before the class.

Expense: Registration for this ongoing program will be for 3 courses (3 Months) at a time. All registration and donations will be for the first 3 classes.
