PROJECT 4WARD

Four Schools. One Mission. Endless Possibilities.

Supporting the Program Behind the Programs

Through Project 4WARD, BUBA, powered by The Diamond Collective, is creating opportunities for young people at four incredible Baltimore schools:

Digital Harbor High School
Roland Park Elementary/Middle School
Baltimore City College High School
St. Frances Academy

Each school has its own unique needs and fundraising efforts. But behind every successful after-school program is a shared foundation of people, resources, facilities, and infrastructure that makes it all possible.

That's where your support comes in.

This campaign is designed for individuals, families, and organizations who want to invest in the overall success of Project 4WARD rather than one particular school.

What Your Donation Supports

Your generosity helps BUBA and The Diamond Collective provide essential resources that benefit all four schools:

🏟️ Facility Access & Operations: Maintaining safe, quality training spaces, utilities, insurance, and facility upkeep.
⚾ Shared Equipment & Resources: Baseball and softball equipment, training tools, and supplies used across programs.
👥 Coaches & Mentors: Supporting instructors, mentors, program coordinators, and the people who make our programs possible.
🚐 Transportation & Accessibility: Helping remove transportation and financial barriers that prevent students from participating.
📚 Education & Leadership: Providing educational resources, leadership development, mentorship, and enrichment opportunities.
💻 Technology & Infrastructure: Supporting technology, communication systems, registration, scheduling, and essential administrative needs.
🌱 Long-Term Sustainability: Building the foundation needed to maintain, strengthen, and grow our programs for years to come.

One Gift. Four Schools. Lasting Impact.

We love each of our school partners, and we recognize that many supporters have a special connection to an individual school.

But we also know there are people who simply believe in the bigger mission: creating opportunities for young people, regardless of which school they attend.

Your gift helps strengthen the shared infrastructure that supports every school, every coach, and every student participating in Project 4WARD.

When you support the program behind the programs, you're helping all four schools move forward together.
