Remember Bubba, the saddest dog to land on the euthanasia list? 💔

Bubba came into the shelter terrified, hypervigilant, and covered in wounds... leaving us to wonder what trauma he endured before arriving at the shelter. He captured the hearts of many all across the country.

With much gratitude, we are working in partnership with Death Row Dogs EIN: 45-3080357 to help Bubba begin his journey to freedom. 🤍

Bubba is currently in a loving foster home, but with everything he's been through, we want to set him up for success. All funds raised here will be 100% allocated exclusively to Bubba's care and may include:

Veterinary evaluation and care for his wounds
Essential supplies
Transport
A calming decompression program
Emergency or unexpected costs directly related to Bubba's care

We are still hoping a local forever home will step up for Bubba, so please don't forget Bubba and keep sharing this sweet boy.
More than anything, our Bubba deserves a permanent place where he can finally feel safe, not just another temporary stop. 🥺🤍

If you would prefer to donate directly to the rescue, donations can be sent via Zelle and Paypal: drdrescue@gmail.com
or send checks to:

Please note the gift is for Bubba so they can keep track.

Thank you so much to everyone who has pledged, donated, and shared Bubba to secure his chance at a safe and happy future. 🤍
