We are not clinicians.
We are the bridge between struggle and support.

We equip students, friends, and community members with the tools and confidence to recognize the signs and show up for someone who needs it.

Because most people don’t reach out for help right away.

But someone around them sees it first.

A friend.
A classmate.
A teammate.
A roommate.

When those people feel prepared to respond, everything changes.
