Armadillo Alliance was created to strengthen LGBTQIA+ communities across Texas, with special attention to rural and underserved areas. As a newly formed Texas nonprofit corporation, we are raising funds to establish the essential infrastructure needed to serve our communities responsibly, sustainably, and effectively.

Contributions to our Building Our Foundation campaign will help support:

• Organizational filing and compliance expenses
• Our federal tax-exemption application process
• Insurance and essential administrative tools
• Website, communication, and outreach materials
• Development of our first programs, events, and partnerships
• Systems for responsible financial and organizational management

This campaign is about more than paperwork—it is about creating a strong organization capable of building lasting connections, supporting charitable causes, expanding opportunities, and helping LGBTQIA+ Texans feel seen, valued, and empowered.

IRS Disclosure: Armadillo Alliance is currently working toward official recognition under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. While we await our official status, donations are not currently confirmed as tax-deductible.
