There will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are “as is” with no substitutions. Please read the information provided by our donors carefully including any limitations and availability/quantity of each item. • We have made every effort to accurately describe and catalog the items. There is no warranty on items. No statements or suggestions made verbally may be construed as a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. • The value of auction items is at fair market value as provided by the donors. The tax-deductible portion of your purchase is the amount paid ABOVE the stated fair market value rate. • You must pay in full for all items purchased at the final close of the auction. Auction items will not be released to the purchaser or their agent until payment is made. • Successful bidders will be notified of their “win” and will be contacted for pick up or delivery arrangements. Shipment and insurance on packages will be available for a fee. • Pickup of auction items will be at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, 335 N. Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603 Tuesday through Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM or by appointment.
